Different costumes…dirty up the clothes. People liked shorts better. City scene: reduce the saturation in sky as it pops forward. Use atmospheric perspective. Good reference shot to work on broken city. Do a study where you freehand draw in PShop over the vector background, it might feel okay as drawings and take less time to create.
