Group 1: Uninhibited worldwide communication as a result of linguistic technological advances  spurs a new found fascination with other cultures, leading to constant documentation of every person on earth. 



Electronic Patches placed behind the ear translates what a person says into another language and translates what a person says in another language into the language the user speaks. 



A variety of computer that could be controlled and interacted with via thought, where commands would be picked up by a small headpiece or earpiece receiver that could be put on and taken off easily.



In the future, the fascination with reality TV grows until the point where literally every person on earth is filmed constantly for the entertainment of everyone else.
 




Group 2: In a world where physical violence is the strictest of taboo's, human conflict is resolved through children's card games.



  Holograms will become more advanced to allow people to communicate with each other better and more personally. It will also allow businesses to visualize products better and more accurately.
 

 Operating systems are now built upon the technology of artificial intelligence, leading to more personal or intimate relationships between the computer and its user. 
 


  In the future, children's card games will be played on tables with a code reader inside that can read the code on the back of the card, send the information to a small projector, and create a hologram so that players can actually see their monsters fight each other in their living room.
 




Group 3: In a future where perfection is an effortless constant, a sudden desire for human flaw arises and becomes sought after by the general masses.


 When talent becomes downloadable, a rapid spate of human evolution ensues, followed by boredom
 

Genetic modification in the form of altering DNA before birth would cause an uproar among many religions, but would pave the way for essentially a new generation of humans with the most optimized genes that could eventually take over or even evolve into a new species.
 

 Eventually, science and medicine will advance to the point where people literally can not grow older. This new youth would be the death of seemingly needless cosmetic companies, were it not for the newly developed fad of looking and feeling older than ones self, made possible by Aging Cream: from Loreal.

Trio 1:
             Advances in mankind's ability to understand and communicate with forms of lower life causes a great cultural rift, eventually escalating into all out war.

Technology that will allow for animals to communicate with people that also help in them creating a working environment for themselves.

Humans gain the ability to communicate with plants, who reveal information about God.

 In response to humanities escalating encroachment on nature, the human race will diverge and evolve into two factions; waging war on each other over the ideologies of natural preservation versus domination.

Trio 2:

           Antimatter based energy, combined with nano-technology materials, allows for Lighter-Than-Air cities, and other "impossible" constructs.

A fuel that creates an enormous amount of thrust with a small amount of resources, which will not take up and destroy the earth’s resources and destroy the environment.  In the future it could be developed to power machines other than for space travel.

In the future, humans will possess complete control over the elements through the use of nano technology.

Lightweight building materials open up the ability to build floating cities to combat the growing population problem, which can be raised and lowered as needed to avoid or catch weather and avoid calamity.

Trio 3: 

            Incredible progress in the field of genetics allows humans to drastically influence the growth of organic specimens, even so far as planning the future appearance of humans while in utero. However, fashion trends can result in nearly identical generations.

 Modified cordyceps focuses on humans and is used in genetic warfare.

Growing your own children will be as simple as growing plants with new developments such as womb transplants. With this technological advance, growing children from conception through birth in a lab, with the possibility of speeding up the process and no need for the stretch marks of pregnancy, will become the newest trend in the future.

Cloning and DNA alterations will prove lifesaving and eliminate nearly all birth defects, but will also lead to "designer people" whose parents choose their eye color, hair color, gender, etc.

Combination sentence 1:
People become so consumed with technology that interaction between humans is unfathomable.

Combination sentence 2:
The projection of people's surrounding environment allows them to be wherever they want to be in the world without moving an inch.

Combination sentence 3:
An implanted plate causes a person or animal's body to replace missing limbs immediately after they have undergone trauma.

Assignment1; Part Dos - Ana Espitia

1. Human animal hybrids that have been under experimentation for the past few years can lead to injecting humans for any type of purposes thus cross-species DNA becoming successful extremely soon, causing a change in human DNA and possibly creating a new race. (Beauty & the beast TV show) 

2. Security governmental and military personnel robots/robot gear can be used for high level crimes and in cases where it is to dangerous for a regular human to participate, they can also be used as back up and reinforcement. Such robots/robot gear is something not to far fetched from now probably 30 to 50 years from now and such development and change will bring much more change in governmental/law rule and the way things work in general. (Robocop movie) 

3. Gwanggyo green power center that is "envisioned as a verdant acropolis of organic 'hill' structures, the proposed complex is a fully self-sufficient city for up to 77,000 inhabitants. An idea from South Korea that is currently going underway and will soon in the very near future be finished. It will be the start of a new way of living construction and order depending on how successful the results are after such settings become a living experience by its residents.

Leah Leiding: Step 2

1.  A world war nearly brings civilization to extinction opening the gate for a new generation of humans... Farm grown like animals, humans are now grown in nuclear plants with perfected genes to be divided into predestined factions of society.

2. Parents watch their children play in the front yard of their new home, an underwater facility they fled to when Earth was invaded and overtaken by a higher developed species in another galaxy.

3.  The natural world is no longer inhabitable, but the invisible world is thriving.  Life is a dream, just put on your glasses and wake up in Utopia where travel is made on thoughts and there is no such thing as time.

Justin Westmoreland - Wombo Combo

Combination 1:
   People will be allowed to live indefinitely and live better lives with the introduction of fabricated organs. These organs will allow people to be stronger and live longer. The artificial body parts will last forever because they will always be charged wirelessly.

Combination 2:
   Certain people will be chosen to have a reality show following their entire life. The audience will be able to interact with the star of the realty show through virtual reality devices. Everyone can have the experience of reality television if they so choose.

Combination 3:
   Technology advances in green renewable resources and extra-planetary transportation will allow us to build elevators to space installation to help house the ever growing population. The space installation can also help people who can't afford homes on earth insuring everyone has a good life standard.
