Title - close up spaces between letters with character tracking Part 1: mother and kid, slower walking? Maybe don’t pull the scene when walking. Fix child’s slide at end when she approaches box. Water effect working well! Can characters blink? Cut the scene where she’s with her mom to match positions in earlier shot. Fix spelling my name: LaFayette….Slow credits down and maybe change font to an easier to read font, or make a different color, or a thicker font. Use adjustment layers over motion ie with fishbowl to control motion across just those two layers consistently. Rendering the animation: troubleshoot and show us on Wednesday.
Needs to be shorter and more choreographed. Background should read as in 2D for reference to the cube. Maybe use a more orthographic, static camera so the background 2D plate doesn’t have to move. Some like the tracking shots better, so you might instead (or also) do following shots.This will give spatial reference. Come up with a plan for the motion of this scene. It’s better to choreograph the motion very well rather than to make it a longer section that isn’t worked out as well. Go back to the animatic to see what you were thinking earlier. Look at timing of fish motion and girl motion. Purple gradient background gets washed out sometimes. Make sure it agrees spatially from shot to shot…ie, where we see white, in the next shot, we see purple. We need to see a transition back to 2D.
