Population has grown so large and social classes and split so much that the upperclass has moved to floating islands and into nearly invisible buildings as too keep their nice standard of living from looking crowded while the lower class lives underneath in the shadow (literally) of the upperclass in railroad carts/crates that have been now modified into millions of homes.

A man is able to get ready in the morning unusually quick because the house has figured out his daily routines and prepared them at the exact time they needed to occur. He is then able to manually control and communicate with his house and appliances using a bracelet that digitally projects information He can touch and interact with.
Combination 3
A students draws and writes on to a piece of digitally enhanced paper and then moves the words and pictures around while the images/words simultaneously interact with him because of chip that's implanted in his brain.
